Common questions.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Upload tasks via CSV/Excel (we auto-geocode addresses or accept lat/lon directly). Resources can be added manually or via spreadsheet.
Do I need Esri / ArcGIS?
No. Route Command runs on open-source (OR-Tools, OSRM, PostGIS) with optional HERE or Google routing. No Esri licences required.
How many orders per solve?
Unlimited in theory. In practice, solves scale linearly — 2,000 orders solve in seconds on the Team plan, 10,000+ on Business.
Can field workers use their own phone?
Yes. The field app is a secure HTTPS web app — no install needed. Works on iOS and Android.
Is my data secure?
HTTPS everywhere, optional 2FA on every account, role-based access, encrypted credentials, full audit trail. Data stays in your region (Australia).
